露沾蔬草白，天氣轉(zhuǎn)青高。

孟秋結(jié)束，仲秋伊始，我們迎來(lái)今年第15個(gè)節(jié)氣——白露。“水土濕氣凝而為露，秋屬金，金色白，白者露之色，而氣始寒也”。
At the beginning of Mid-autumn, we usher in the 15th Solar Term of this year, White Dew, the name of which is influenced by the Five Elements Theory in Ancient China.
溫暖濕熱的夏季風(fēng)逐漸被冷冽蕭肅的冬季風(fēng)取代，北雁南飛，群鳥遷徙，暑意漸退。動(dòng)物開始儲(chǔ)備冬糧，人們開始搶收莊稼，釀五谷酒，飲白露茶。
The warm and humid summer wind has been gradually replaced by the cold and bleak winter monsoon. It is a time when birds migrate to the South, animals begin to reserve winter food, and people are busy with annual harvest period, brewing grain wine, as well as drinking White Dew tea.
時(shí)光沉靜，釀谷糧為美酒，化滄海為桑田。不言不語(yǔ)中，時(shí)光也珍藏起人們的每一次期盼，每一滴汗水，回贈(zèng)以一輪明月，一片稻田，一季金秋。
Time is magical. It turns grain into wine, changes the ocean into ground. Secretly, time will always remember every wish you made and every effort you gave. It greets you with a bright full moon, a fertile paddy field, and a season of golden autumn.
