立秋，暑氣未消、盛夏未遠(yuǎn)，二十四節(jié)氣進(jìn)入下半場(chǎng)。

“大暑小暑不算暑，立秋處暑正當(dāng)暑。”尚未出伏，烈日依舊灼灼，立秋時(shí)節(jié)有“咬秋”，“貼秋膘”的習(xí)俗，人們?cè)诔晕鞴舷詈蜔跞馐逞a(bǔ)中等待秋風(fēng)起，梧桐葉落。

Beginning of Autumn has brought 24 solar terms into the second half, yet summer is still in heat.

There was an old saying in China, "Beginning of Autumn is indeed the hottest period of a year." It is customary to "bite autumn" and "add autumn fat" at this day. People eat watermelon and braise meat, waiting for the autumn wind to blow and the buttonwood leaves to fall.
