見圳客戶端、深圳新聞網(wǎng)2020年3月12日訊（記者 陳彬 通訊員 王嬋）日前，中國(guó)國(guó)際人才交流大會(huì)組委會(huì)發(fā)布《關(guān)于調(diào)整第十八屆中國(guó)國(guó)際人才交流大會(huì)舉辦時(shí)間和形式的通知》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“通知”），對(duì)原定于2020年4月14-15日在深圳召開的第十八屆中國(guó)國(guó)際人才交流大會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“大會(huì)”）舉辦時(shí)間和形式作出相應(yīng)調(diào)整。
《通知》提出，推遲舉辦大會(huì)開幕式、深圳論壇及海外人才中國(guó)行等活動(dòng)，具體時(shí)間待疫情結(jié)束后另行確定。同時(shí)，調(diào)整大會(huì)展洽形式，開設(shè)網(wǎng)上虛擬展廳，暫停舉辦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展洽活動(dòng)，發(fā)揮大會(huì)官網(wǎng)（https://www.ciep.gov.cn/）平臺(tái)作用，開展線上展示、項(xiàng)目推介和對(duì)接洽談等活動(dòng)。
《通知》還提出，各有關(guān)單位圍繞大會(huì)主題，積極組織提交網(wǎng)上展洽材料，聚焦疫情防控技術(shù)需求，加大項(xiàng)目信息收集力度，同時(shí)做好線下活動(dòng)的策劃籌備工作。具體活動(dòng)方案及安排由大會(huì)組委會(huì)另行通知。
據(jù)悉，中國(guó)國(guó)際人才交流大會(huì)創(chuàng)辦于2001年，自2007年起長(zhǎng)期落戶深圳，迄今已成功舉辦了十七屆，是中國(guó)面向國(guó)（境）外專家組織、培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)、科技創(chuàng)新人才開放的大規(guī)模、高規(guī)格，集人才、技術(shù)、項(xiàng)目、資金和管理為一體的國(guó)家級(jí)、國(guó)際化、綜合性的人才與智力展洽盛會(huì)。
據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，每屆大會(huì)均有來(lái)自英國(guó)、德國(guó)、法國(guó)、意大利、美國(guó)、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭、俄羅斯、烏克蘭、日本、韓國(guó)、新加坡、以色列、巴西、阿根廷、南非等40余個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)參展，參會(huì)的國(guó)（境）外專家、海外留學(xué)人員和專業(yè)人才逾35000人，累計(jì)落地項(xiàng)目超過(guò)10000個(gè)。

根據(jù)習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于疫情防控工作重要指示精神，經(jīng)研究，對(duì)原定于2020年4月14-15日在深圳召開的第十八屆中國(guó)國(guó)際人才交流大會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱大會(huì)）舉辦時(shí)間和形式作出調(diào)整，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：
In accordance with the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instruction on the prevention and control of the epidemic, the time and form of the 18th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (hereinafter referred to as the Conference), which was scheduled to be held in Shenzhen from April 14 to 15, 2020, is now adjusted on the basis of research, with relevant matters hereby notified as follows:
一、推遲舉辦大會(huì)開幕式、深圳論壇及海外人才中國(guó)行等活動(dòng)，具體時(shí)間待疫情結(jié)束后另行確定。
I. The opening ceremony of the Conference, the Shenzhen Forum and the Tour of Overseas Talents to China are postponed, and the specific time will be determined separately after the epidemic is over.
二、調(diào)整大會(huì)展洽形式，開設(shè)網(wǎng)上虛擬展廳，暫停舉辦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展洽活動(dòng)，發(fā)揮大會(huì)官網(wǎng)平臺(tái)作用，開展線上展示、項(xiàng)目推介和對(duì)接洽談等活動(dòng)。
II. The form of exhibition and discussion for the Conference is adjusted; we will set up an online virtual exhibition hall, suspend on-site exhibition and consultation activities, give full play to the function of the official website platform of the Conference, and carry out online exhibition, project promotion and negotiation.
請(qǐng)各有關(guān)單位圍繞大會(huì)主題，積極組織提交網(wǎng)上展洽材料，聚焦疫情防控技術(shù)需求，加大項(xiàng)目信息收集力度，同時(shí)做好線下活動(dòng)的策劃籌備工作。具體活動(dòng)方案及安排由大會(huì)組委會(huì)另行通知。
All relevant units are requested to organize the submission of online exhibition and discussion materials based on the theme of the Conference, focus on the technical requirements for epidemic prevention and control, intensify the collection of project information, and properly plan and prepare for offline activities. The specific schemes and arrangements will be separately notified by the Organizing Committee of the Conference.
